In opinion the 320GK is the most livable full time fifth-wheel RV under 35 and ours is for sale! With generator and so much storage that we could take everything with us and remain well under the payload capacity. Features high end fit and finish that one would expect in a full time home. Residential appliances, custom hard wood built cabinetry with self close doors and drawers, a padded ceiling and a touch screen control center are just a few of the amenities that set this rig apart from the others.
We purchased new and have already worked through all of the warranty issues. We found out first hand that Vanleigh by Tiffin takes care of their owners. This unit is in excellent condition.
We also added a number of improvements that made this rig more livable. We replaced the traditional dinette with a 60” x 19” butcher block campsite facing dining/work space counter with wicker drawer cabinet underneath. We also added two flip up extensions to the kitchen island which gave us 3’ of bonus countertop space. Modifications to the laundry closet and basement were made to add square footage of storage to our floorpan. We also added insulation behind all of the utility doors that vilano provides to gain access to mechanical cavities in the walls. Snap Pads on the leveling jacks and lippert stair covers were also added. We will facilitate showings/inspections and provide additional information upon request. We recently purchased a home due to health reasons and are only selling it to pursue a smaller RV that is more compatible with our current needs. Title in Hand!
